Order-Delivery Process
Orders are processed within 48 hour for packing, fulfillment, and dispatch.
Orders are inspected, packed, and handed to courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Professional couriers etc.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
India: Shipping, arrives within 4-7 working days. Shipping charge 40/- onwards

Return Policy:Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products.
Refund Policy
Refunds for credit/debit card or net banking payments are processed within 24-48 business hours after product return. Refunds occur within 10-15 working days.
A Rs.60 handling charge applies to cancellations or returns of processed/shipped orders.
Cancellation Policy:

After Shipment : Contact support if the order has shipped but not delivered. Refunds occur after product return and verification. A Rs 60 handling charge applies.
Damage Policy
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support within 3 days of receipt.
Provide order ID, request details, product image, and invoice.
Return items in original packaging for refunds or replacements.
